2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:Purchased directly from our website.Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.In unused, resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:Custom-made or personalized orders.Opened or used products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout.

4. How to Request a Refund
